ALTON TOWERS TO RE-OPEN SKYRIDE FROM 30TH APRIL

After being sorely missed since 2023, the Alton Towers Skyride will finally re-open at the end of this month.

The transport attraction boasts three stations, helping visitors more easily travel between different areas of the park. At most parks this might be a novelty attraction to pass the time, but as Alton Towers boasts a sprawling layout including magnificent gardens with undulating terrain, the Skyride has become an essential tool for those who cannot contend with a full-days trekking.

The PR team at Alton Towers claim the ride has seen a “multi-million pound investment” to get it back up and running. You can get your chance to ride the Skyride, including that slightly terrifying section at great height over the gardens, from Wednesday 30th April.
